Q. Which vaccines does Elements Pharmacy have in stock?

We stock both Pfizer vaccine (6 months to 4 years of age) which is a 3-dose series and the Moderna vaccine (6 months to 5 years of age) which is a 2-dose series.

Q: When will my child receive a second shot for Moderna?

You will be able to schedule an appointment for your child's second shot after you complete the initial appointment. If your child received their first dose of the Moderna Vaccine at another location you should make sure that you schedule their second shot 28 days after thy received their first dose.

Q: When will my child receive a second and third shot of Pfizer?

If you received the Pfizer Vaccine you should schedule your child's second shot 21 days after the first dose and you should schedule the 3rd dose 8 weeks after the 2nd dose.

Q: Will I need to show proof of my child's previous COVID-19 vaccines?

If possible, please bring proof of vaccination such as your CDC white card or digital vaccination record. To download your digital record, please click here: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/

Q: What other documents do I need to bring?

Please bring your child's birth certificate or other proof of age to your appointment.

Passport (foreign country or expired okay)
Birth certificate
Medical document/records (including immunization records) from medical provider, clinic, or doctor
Any official document that includes name and date of birth (for example, school record)

Q: Where will I be vaccinated?

When you arrive, please park along Ventura Blvd at one of the meters. We are vaccinating in the storefront next to Elements Pharmacy. You may sit in one of the chairs along the wall until it is your turn for the vaccine.

Q: Will I have to pay for the vaccine?

There will be no charge for the vaccine. We will bill your insurance for the administration fee. If you don't have insurance, you will still be able to receive the vaccine at no cost.
